  • Service Assurance arrangements – suitable for clients who wish to enter into a contract guaranteeing response times for critical systems but who also wish to maintain fully variable reactive service costs
  • Audit Certification and Maintain arrangements – suitable for clients who wish to include a proactive maintenance program as part of their program, but who also wish to maintain fully variable reactive service costs
  • Lifetime Service – fixed cost – suitable for clients who wish to enter into a fixed cost maintenance plan for an agreed system lifetime. Such arrangements would generally include proactive maintenance audits and certification, along with reactive service and response time guarantees
  • Combination Plan – a tailored combination of the above to suit specific client’s needs
